89-91 Points, Stephen Tanzer, Vinous (this was racked in September) Bright, deep red. Aromatic nose of cherry and spices. Comes off as less fleshy today than the village offerings but juicier and more firmly structured, with good spicy lift. Broadens out nicely on the persistent, ripely tannic finish.
