91 Points, Neal Martin, 2022-2030 Vinous The 2019 Chablis Montée de Tonnerre 1er Cru is more backward on the nose than its peers, yet it is still delineated and focused. A light oyster shell note emerges with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied, quite tensile and focused, with a touch of bitter lemon on the entry, if just missing a little nerve on the finish. Fine.
