89 Points, Rebecca Gibb, 2023-2028 Vinous The 2019 Crémant de Loire Zeitlos is a gorgeously packaged zero brut sparkling wine with plenty of personality. It is richly fruity with excellent purity of freshly cooked apples and a subtle nutty fragrance from lengthy lees ageing. While it's totally dry, it's well balanced by the ripe fruit and provides plenty of pleasure. The lively, bright mousse has a streak of acidity creating a mouthwatering stream of saliva. A stylistic and ambitious interpretation of Crémant. It's great to see the possibilities when you think outside of the box.Review Date: 01 Oct 23
