Tasting Note
92 Points, Neal Martin, 2020-2030 Vinous The 2007 Mazoyères-Chambertin Grand Cru is clearly moving into secondary aromas on the nose, which presents sous-bois mixed with dried leaves and a touch of oyster shell. The palate is underpinned by a crisp thread of acidity, moderate weight and a subtle spiciness toward the finish. Yet compared to subsequent vintages, I find this one a little frayed and rustic on the finish. Drink now and over the next decade. Review Date: 01 Aug 20
