Tasting Note
(95-97) Points, Neal Martin, 2023-2048 Vinous The 2017 Chambertin Grand Cru is blessed with an exquisite bouquet: blackberry, briary, crushed stone and light violet aromas that gently unfold in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grain tannin, hints of tobacco infusing the black fruit with an almost effervescent finish that leaves the mouth tingling. Completely gorgeous and maybe a little profound? Maybe very profound? It is a brilliant wine from one of the appellation's most exciting growers.Review Date: 01 Jan 19
