91-93 Points, Stephen Tanzer, Vinous (the Humberts own a full hectare of vines facing full south; Emmanuel calls this the flower of the cellar) Good full ruby-red. Vibrant but discreet aromas of blueberry and black cherry. Suave, broad and classically dry, with a fine-grained texture and very intense flavors of black fruits and violet. Spreads out impressively on the back but this is still quite youthfully unevolved. Finishes with dusty tannins and impressive verve and length.Review Date: 01 Mar 07
