98 Points, Neal Martin, 2027-2048 Vinous The 2019 Musigny Vieilles Vignes Grand Cru has a wondrous nose, with crushed strawberry, raspberry compote and light vanilla scents. The oak here is supremely well integrated. The palate is medium-bodied and mineral-driven, with fine tannins, great precision and a vivid, animated finish that fans out gloriously. Skillful winemaking is evident here. This coheres magically with time in the glass until you can resist no more! This completely outclasses the Bonnes-Mares. Tasted blind at the Burgfest tasting.
