(89-91) Points, Neal Martin, 2025-2033 Vinous The 2021 Beaune Grèves 1er Cru (Rouge), which contains 50% whole bunches like the Chassagne Champ Gain, has a well-defined bouquet with red plum, raspberry and light loamy scents. The palate is medium-bodied with quite a peppery opening, the stems rather conspicuous at the moment and perhaps just dominating the finish, though they will assimilate by the time of bottling.
